Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Retention Manager (Renewals Strategy Specialist).

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect forecasting excellence by driving the global renewal forecasting process
  • Build early warning systems to identify at-risk accounts for successful intervention
  • Deliver actionable insights through analysis of churn attribution and expansion patterns
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Renewals, Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy & Analytics
  • Advanced Salesforce expertise with experience in building complex reports and dashboards
  • Mastery of SQL and Excel/Google Sheets for data modeling and performance tracking
  • Strong understanding of recurring revenue metrics (GRR, NRR, Churn, and Expansion)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
