Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewals Risk Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present technical solutions to address customer pain points and improve Salesforce setup
- Connect with customers to provide demos, walkthroughs, and best practice reviews
- Conduct business analysis to understand customer use cases and translate them into effective solutions
Required Qualifications:
- Experience working within the Salesforce architecture
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADMIN201) or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of related applications, relational database, and web technology
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience; bachelor's degree preferred
- Demonstrated skill in Customer Support or Customer Service in a customer-facing role
