Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewals Sales Manager - West.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to implement renewal strategies and maintain a sustainable renewal pipeline
- Ensure consistent understanding and implementation of renewal policies and processes across functions
- Analyze trends and performance to identify efficiencies and drive operational excellence
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Renewals, Sales, and/or Customer Success, preferably in a SaaS environment
- 2+ years of experience leading a team of individual contributors
- Strong financial/analytical background with a sales-driven, growth mindset
- Experience in scaling teams in a growth environment
- Solid understanding of enterprise software selling processes
