Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewals Representative to manage renewal and expansion sales targets in collaboration with Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Managers to achieve renewal and expansion sales goals
- Maintain strong relationships with partners and customers to understand their business needs
- Manage the end-to-end renewals process and maintain accurate opportunity forecasts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing preferred; or relevant experience
- 1-3+ years of experience in renewal account management or sales roles
- Familiarity with Salesforce and other sales tools
- Strong understanding of the renewals sales cycle and buyer personas
- Experience in selling through channel partners in a team-selling environment
