Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewals Specialist who acts as a technical bridge between customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume portfolio, initiating engagement 120 days before expiration to ensure retention
- Identify deficiencies and upsell additional services while supporting Global Account Managers
- Analyze complex software stacks to determine renewal and upgrade needs, optimizing customer investments
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Solid background in Telecommunications, Unified Communications, or Contact Center
- Experience in a high-volume renewal environment is a significant plus
- Familiarity with competitors like Five9 or Genesys is advantageous
