Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Specialist who acts as a technical bridge between customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high-volume portfolio, initiating engagement 120 days before expiration to ensure retention
  • Identify deficiencies and upsell additional services while supporting Global Account Managers
  • Analyze complex software stacks to determine renewal and upgrade needs, optimizing customer investments
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant field
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Solid background in Telecommunications, Unified Communications, or Contact Center
  • Experience in a high-volume renewal environment is a significant plus
  • Familiarity with competitors like Five9 or Genesys is advantageous
