Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Renewals Specialist in the Southeast region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between partners, account executives, and internal departments to process and track orders
- Track and manage Renewals opportunities to ensure timely delivery to customers
- Manage Salesforce.com for accurate forecast reporting and assist in increasing profitability of renewals
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred
- 2+ years in a corporate sales support role, with Renewals experience in the IT industry preferred
- Prior experience with CRM software and Salesforce.com required
- Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office and Internet Navigation
- Technical sales, support, and outbound calling experience preferred
