Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Renewals Specialist in the Southeast region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a liaison between partners, account executives, and internal departments to process and track orders
  • Track and manage Renewals opportunities to ensure timely delivery to customers
  • Manage Salesforce.com for accurate forecast reporting and assist in increasing profitability of renewals

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred
  • 2+ years in a corporate sales support role, with Renewals experience in the IT industry preferred
  • Prior experience with CRM software and Salesforce.com required
  • Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office and Internet Navigation
  • Technical sales, support, and outbound calling experience preferred
