Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Specialist to manage the renewal process for its existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer contracts and product selections to determine optimal renewal paths
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and partners, addressing inquiries and concerns throughout the renewal process
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities during renewals
Required Qualifications
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing preferred, or relevant experience
  • Experience in Sales, Customer Success, Channel Partners, or Renewal Management preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce tools and Microsoft applications
  • Experience in the technology industry or SaaS-based organizations is highly desirable
