Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewals Specialist to manage the renewal process for its existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer contracts and product selections to determine optimal renewal paths
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and partners, addressing inquiries and concerns throughout the renewal process
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities during renewals
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing preferred, or relevant experience
- Experience in Sales, Customer Success, Channel Partners, or Renewal Management preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce tools and Microsoft applications
- Experience in the technology industry or SaaS-based organizations is highly desirable
