Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewals Specialist responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring retention and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned customer accounts and develop relationships to promote retention
- Work with sales teams and technical support to ensure smooth onboarding and renewal processes
- Identify at-risk accounts and proactively manage customer relationships for optimal experiences
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role (Customer Success Manager, Helpdesk Manager, etc.)
- Knowledge of privilege access management and cybersecurity best practices
- Experience with Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms
- Comfortable interfacing with complex, multi-divisional clients at the director level
