Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Specialist responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring retention and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned customer accounts and develop relationships to promote retention
  • Work with sales teams and technical support to ensure smooth onboarding and renewal processes
  • Identify at-risk accounts and proactively manage customer relationships for optimal experiences
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role (Customer Success Manager, Helpdesk Manager, etc.)
  • Knowledge of privilege access management and cybersecurity best practices
  • Experience with Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms
  • Comfortable interfacing with complex, multi-divisional clients at the director level
