Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewals Specialist - Contractor.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned customer accounts and develop relationships to promote retention and loyalty
- Collaborate with sales teams and technical support to ensure smooth onboarding and address customer issues
- Proactively manage the renewal process and identify at-risk accounts for timely action
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience
- 4+ years in a similar role such as Customer Success Manager or Sales Engineer
- Knowledge of privilege access management and cybersecurity best practices
- Experience with Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms
- Ability to interface with complex clients and understand high-level technical aspects of the product
