Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Specialist responsible for managing the end-to-end renewal process for existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the renewal process for assigned accounts, ensuring timely contract renewals
  • Proactively engage with customers to confirm satisfaction and address concerns ahead of renewal dates
  • Identify upsell opportunities during renewal conversations and maintain accurate renewal forecasts
Required Qualifications
