Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewals Specialist responsible for managing the end-to-end renewal process for existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the renewal process for assigned accounts, ensuring timely contract renewals
- Proactively engage with customers to confirm satisfaction and address concerns ahead of renewal dates
- Identify upsell opportunities during renewal conversations and maintain accurate renewal forecasts
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in renewals, account management, or customer success (SaaS experience preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and renewal management systems
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong negotiation skills
