Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Specialist (Mid-Market).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage existing customer accounts in the mid-market segment to ensure successful usage of products
  • Develop account retention strategies to achieve a 90+% renewal rate
  • Upsell products and services to existing customers and meet renewal revenue targets
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience with an individual revenue quota in technology sales
  • Business-to-business sales experience, preferably in technology
  • 2+ years of Sales Development experience in a technology company
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
