Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewals Specialist (Mid-Market).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing customer accounts in the mid-market segment to ensure successful usage of products
- Develop account retention strategies to achieve a 90+% renewal rate
- Upsell products and services to existing customers and meet renewal revenue targets
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience with an individual revenue quota in technology sales
- Business-to-business sales experience, preferably in technology
- 2+ years of Sales Development experience in a technology company
- Bachelor's degree preferred
