Job Summary
To protect and grow annual recurring revenue (ARR), the full-time Renewals Specialist will manage client renewals, monitor account health, and lead strategic renewal initiatives while working remotely in the USA.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to ensure timely renewals in the supported region
- Monitor account health and customer risk signals to identify churn risks and growth opportunities
- Provide strategic renewal guidance and consultative support to drive retention and improve renewal outcomes
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Deal Desk, Renewals, or Renewal Operations
- Strong commercial acumen and financial analysis skills, particularly in SaaS and Renewal-related Revenue Recognition principles
- Proficiency with CRM and CPQ tools
- Innovative thinking to develop effective customer retention strategies
- Exceptional organization and cross-functional project management skills
