Job Summary

As a contractor, the Renewals Specialist will manage assigned customer accounts remotely, focusing on recurring revenue and software asset management while developing relationships to promote retention and loyalty.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and proactively start the procurement/renewal process three months prior to renewal dates
  • Collaborate with sales teams and technical support to ensure smooth onboarding and address customer issues
  • Analyze and understand complex software quoting and revenue models to drive account expansions and identify at-risk accounts
Required qualifications
  • BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role such as Customer Success Manager or Sales Engineer
  • Knowledge in privilege access management and cybersecurity best practices
  • Experience with Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms
  • Ability to interface with complex clients, preferably at the director level
