Job Summary
As a contractor, the Renewals Specialist will manage assigned customer accounts remotely, focusing on recurring revenue and software asset management while developing relationships to promote retention and loyalty.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and proactively start the procurement/renewal process three months prior to renewal dates
- Collaborate with sales teams and technical support to ensure smooth onboarding and address customer issues
- Analyze and understand complex software quoting and revenue models to drive account expansions and identify at-risk accounts
Required qualifications
- BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role such as Customer Success Manager or Sales Engineer
- Knowledge in privilege access management and cybersecurity best practices
- Experience with Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms
- Ability to interface with complex clients, preferably at the director level
