Job Summary
Driving customer adoption and retention, the full-time Renewals Specialist will manage enterprise accounts remotely, ensuring successful renewals and fostering long-term client relationships while achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business success
- Educate clients on the benefits of UiPath solutions for their operations and financial performance
- Achieve sales and renewal targets while proactively managing the renewal process and resolving issues
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 2-4 years' experience in renewals, sales, or account management in a tech or SaaS environment
- Proven ability to manage enterprise-level client portfolios and build long-term relationships
- Experience with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for account management
- Comfortable negotiating with procurement departments and handling contract renewals
- Authorized to work in the United States for this role
