Renewals Specialist

Job Summary

Engaging frequently with customers and partners, the full-time Renewals Specialist will support renewal execution for mid-market accounts in the LATAM territory, addressing technology challenges and enhancing product experiences while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high-volume transactional opportunities and support consultative renewals with the team
• Participate in customer discussions to tailor messaging to business priorities and prepare renewal quotes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with account teams and operations to support renewal execution and clarify roles

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus
• Understanding of renewal processes, procedures, and systems
• Familiarity with software subscription and licensing models
• Basic understanding of analytics and programmatic processes
