Renewals Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Renewals Specialist will engage with customers and partners to address technology challenges, manage high-volume transactional opportunities, and support consultative renewals while collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance the product experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer discussions to understand renewal needs and tailor messaging to align with business priorities
• Prepare renewal quotes and coordinate with internal teams to refine pricing and terms for successful closures
• Identify and suggest improvements for repetitive tasks to enhance efficiency in the renewal process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience
• Understanding of renewal processes and familiarity with software subscription and licensing models
• Basic understanding of analytics and programmatic processes
• Discovery, negotiation, and closing skills at all levels
• Ability to apply technical expertise across related products and services
