Key Responsibilities

• Manage the release of draws for renovation projects by reviewing and processing draw and change requests
• Verify necessary documentation such as lien waivers, invoices, and inspection reports
• Collaborate with borrowers, contractors, and inspectors to ensure compliance with budgets and project scope

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of renovation processes, loan products, and basic accounting
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in renovation or construction
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Proficiency with computer systems including MS Office
