Key Responsibilities

• Review residential construction documents to assess project feasibility based on budget, timeline, and accuracy
• Ensure the accuracy of project analyses and take ownership of report quality
• Collaborate with department leadership to establish best practices for feasibility analysis

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience reading construction contracts
• 5 years of experience evaluating plans, specifications, and itemized breakdowns
• 5 years of experience as a General Contractor or equivalent job experience
