A company is looking for a Renovation Feasibility Analyst who will review residential construction estimates and complete feasibility reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Review various residential construction documents to assess project feasibility based on budget, timeline, and accuracy
• Ensure the accuracy of project analyses and reports
• Collaborate with department leadership to refine best practices for feasibility analysis

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience reading construction contracts
• 5 years of experience evaluating plans, specifications, and cost timelines
• 5 years of experience as a General Contractor or equivalent job experience
