Renovation Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renovation Processor responsible for managing renovation loan processing and ensuring compliance with mortgage regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets before underwriting
• Assemble and verify the complete loan package and required documentation for underwriting
• Communicate with customers and various companies to obtain necessary third-party documentation

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
• 3+ years of renovation loan processing and/or contractor validation experience
• Experience with Encompass loan origination software is preferred
• Working knowledge of mortgage-related regulations, including RESPA and Regulation Z
