Renovation Project Lead

Job Summary

Supporting the administration of renovation and construction loan programs, the full-time Renovation Project Lead will manage project oversight, contractor vetting, and compliance while providing training and support to sales and operations in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide training and ongoing support to sales teams on renovation and construction loan programs
• Review construction contracts and renovation bids for accuracy and feasibility
• Monitor renovation and construction projects to ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 5 years of mortgage residential real estate or construction lending experience, preferred
• Knowledge of Encompass and Land Gorilla Construction Loan Manager, preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Windows
