- Coordinate rental and used equipment processes, including contracts, inspections, and maintenance
- Maintain communication with customers and assist with quotes, credit applications, and payment resolutions
- Manage used equipment inventory and facilitate the preparation and repair for sales
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of relevant office experience, preferably in an industrial environment
- Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Intermediate computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
