Rental Customer Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Rental Customer Development Manager to enhance rental sales and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relationships and ensure quality service to support retention and growth
• Develop new customer relationships through outreach and assess needs to create proposals
• Manage administrative tasks including proposal development, customer file maintenance, and data accuracy in Salesforce

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or 5 years of equivalent job-related experience
• One year or more of sales experience or equivalent sales training required
• Three years or more of sales experience preferred
• One year or more of industry experience preferred
• Full working knowledge of relevant procedures and policies required
