Job Summary

A company is looking for a Rental & Used Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all aspects of rental and used equipment, including contracts, equipment readiness, and customer experience
  • Manage rental equipment logistics and maintain communication with customers throughout the rental process
  • Oversee used equipment inventory and prepare necessary documentation for sales and repairs


Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of relevant office experience, preferably in an industrial environment
  • Intermediate computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
