Job Summary
A company is looking for a Rental & Used Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of rental and used equipment, including contracts, equipment readiness, and customer experience
- Manage rental equipment logistics and maintain communication with customers throughout the rental process
- Oversee used equipment inventory and prepare necessary documentation for sales and repairs
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of relevant office experience, preferably in an industrial environment
- Intermediate computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
