Rental Operations Representative

Job Summary

Supporting year-round initiatives and high-volume seasonal execution, the remote Rental Operations Representative II will manage business-to-business account relationships, ensure data accuracy in CRM, and provide proactive issue resolution while working closely with the Manager of Rental Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate process setup for events and initiatives to enhance consistency across markets
• Review and validate CRM data for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Provide proactive account support and fast issue resolution to all customers

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or business support
• Experience maintaining CRM data accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Preferred experience in retail systems testing or seasonal event-based operations
• Strong data-gathering skills with the ability to evaluate complex information accurately
