Rental Reservations Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Rental Reservations Agent to handle inbound calls and assist guests with reservations and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle 40-50 inbound calls per day regarding reservations, payments, and general inquiries
• Provide accurate information on availability, policies, and promotions related to reservations
• Navigate multiple systems to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 4-6 months of sales, customer service, call center, or related hospitality experience preferred
• Bilingual Spanish is a major plus
• Ability to commit to no time off during the first 90 days
• Previous work-from-home experience preferred
