Job Summary

A company is looking for a Rental Specialist who connects tour and rental home finding opportunities with agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the intake, tracking, and assignment of rental leads to agents
• Manage a caseload of rentals, coordinating the placement and counseling customers
• Serve as a primary point of contact for lead-related issues and maintain high customer service standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in Real Estate or a related field
• Knowledge of the real estate and relocation industry
• Self-driven with effective team collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
