Job Summary

Managing a diverse portfolio of real estate assets, the full-time salaried REO Asset Manager will oversee property management, asset disposition, and financial reporting while working onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the management and disposition of real estate owned (REO) properties
• Prepare and analyze financial reports related to asset performance
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure effective property management and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management or real estate
• Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations
