Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of real estate owned (REO) properties, the full-time salaried REO Asset Manager will oversee asset disposition, coordinate property maintenance, and enhance property value through strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the management and disposition of REO properties to maximize return on investment
• Coordinate with vendors for property maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with local regulations
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance property value and marketability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
• Proven experience in asset management or real estate transactions
• Strong understanding of real estate market trends and property valuation
• Familiarity with property management software and tools
• Real estate license preferred but not required
