Job Summary

A company is looking for an REO Closing Coordinator who will manage the loan closing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and finalize the loan closing process, ensuring timely communication with all parties involved
  • Prepare necessary documents, including Title Bills and Alta Statements/CD, while adhering to service level agreements
  • Confirm closing details such as dates, locations, and required documentation with relevant stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in the real estate industry or vendor management in a multi-state environment
  • Working knowledge of real estate titles, deed preparation, and closing processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general office equipment
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proven customer service skills
