Job Summary
Managing property repairs and renovations for Real Estate Owned (REO) assets, the full-time remote REO Repair Coordinator will coordinate vendor activities, oversee timelines, and ensure compliance with investor guidelines while maintaining properties in marketable condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate repair and renovation activities for assigned REO properties
- Review inspection reports and scopes of work, assigning work orders to vendors based on quality and cost
- Monitor expenses and conduct quality reviews to ensure completed work meets standards
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in REO, property preservation, or construction coordination
- Knowledge of residential repairs and maintenance
- Experience with vendor management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
