Job Summary

Managing property repairs and renovations for Real Estate Owned (REO) assets, the full-time remote REO Repair Coordinator will coordinate vendor activities, oversee timelines, and ensure compliance with investor guidelines while maintaining properties in marketable condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate repair and renovation activities for assigned REO properties
  • Review inspection reports and scopes of work, assigning work orders to vendors based on quality and cost
  • Monitor expenses and conduct quality reviews to ensure completed work meets standards
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in REO, property preservation, or construction coordination
  • Knowledge of residential repairs and maintenance
  • Experience with vendor management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
