Repair and Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary

To support property development initiatives, the full-time Repair and Maintenance Specialist will manage day-to-day work order activities, track maintenance issues, and ensure timely completion of services for various locations while working remotely from the Mountain or Pacific time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and track work order activities for maintenance services, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
• Communicate with store teams and vendors to resolve maintenance issues and provide updates on project progress
• Approve invoices, reconcile maintenance costs to budget, and manage recurring services such as HVAC and cleaning

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in building maintenance administration or related construction work
• High school diploma required; some college education preferred
• Familiarity with retail store maintenance practices and construction-related accounting records
• Ability to utilize computerized systems for tracking and reporting on construction projects
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
