Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Repair Technician for the first shift, who will perform complex diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on various equipment, ensuring quality and safety standards while mentoring less experienced technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex issues with equipment using advanced tools and techniques
• Perform regular preventive maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment breakdowns
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and ensure all equipment meets quality and safety standards before returning to service

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in repair or maintenance preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a repair or technical role with a successful track record
• Strong technical knowledge of repair tools, equipment, and techniques
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics
• Ability to mentor and train less experienced technicians
