Repairs Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Repairs Representative will process invoices, manage customer inquiries, and provide loan servicing information while supporting the reverse mortgage industry.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming invoices, lien waiver forms, and homeowner certificates
• Manage and resolve customer inquiries, utilizing available resources for research
• Update the Reverse Mortgage Servicing System (RMSS) and send correspondence to borrowers

Required qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required
• One year of applicable experience is required; higher education in office practices preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is necessary
• Ability to use the Reverse Mortgage Servicing System (RMSS)
• Strong ability to read, understand, and write simple correspondence
