Replevin Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Replevin Specialist will manage customer accounts by contacting auto loan customers about late payments, negotiating payment arrangements, and ensuring compliance with legal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers to discuss late or missed payments and negotiate payment arrangements
• Evaluate accounts to find solutions that prevent repossession and document all interactions accurately
• Review legal documents and collaborate with external counsel on Replevin cases

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 0+ years of experience in a customer service or financial services role preferred
• Strong knowledge of repossession and Replevin action requirements
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Windows and Internet-based applications
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
