Report Engineering Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Report Engineering - Internal Assignment (IA)/Project Hire (PH).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Snowflake tables and data objects for HR reporting and analytics
• Support the development of dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Power BI
• Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting outputs

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or data engineering
• Experience using SQL and cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake)
• Experience designing and maintaining reports and dashboards with tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with survey platforms like Qualtrics
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
