Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reporting Analyst, Product Data.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the measurement plan for healthcare workflow implementations, defining goals, KPIs, and reporting cadence
• Develop reusable dashboards and deliver reports that translate data into actionable recommendations
• Analyze interaction events to identify patterns and optimize healthcare workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
• At least three years of relevant data analytics experience in product, operations, or consulting
• Experience building executive-ready dashboards and reporting artifacts
• Familiarity with healthcare IT and regulated workflow environments
• Hands-on experience with conversational AI deployments or CPaaS platforms preferred
