Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Military OneSource mission, the full-time Reporting Analyst will gather and prepare metrics and reporting data remotely for various program-related reports, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, consolidate, and prepare metrics for monthly and quarterly reporting related to program performance
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and support operational decision-making
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of reporting requirements with operational objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of two years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
• Experience in Behavioral Healthcare or a comparable Healthcare environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with MySQL, MS SQL, or similar database technologies
• Ability to pass criminal history and background checks as required
