Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a remote contract Reporting Analyst, the successful candidate will manage analytics and business intelligence tasks, focusing on designing reports and dashboards while leveraging SQL and Google BigQuery data warehouse environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop star schema-based reports and dashboards for stakeholders
• Gather requirements and facilitate workshops to translate complex EHR data into user-friendly reports
• Deliver end-user training on analytics tools and ensure compliance with HIPAA reporting principles

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis, preferably in public sector healthcare
• Proficiency in SQL for querying BigQuery data warehouse environments
• Experience with Looker Studio or comparable GCP-native BI tools
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and stakeholder facilitation
• Understanding of HIPAA principles as they apply to reporting and dashboard design
