Reporting Analyst
Job Summary
To support business performance and operational effectiveness, the full-time remote Reporting Analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret compliance, financial, and operational data, developing actionable insights for leadership to enhance decision-making and drive results.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from various sources to meet reporting requirements
- Develop, automate, and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards that provide business insights
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and resolve data quality issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in reporting, business analytics, financial analysis, or data analytics
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data visualization
- Experience using SQL, Power BI, and DAX for reporting and dashboard development preferred
- Experience working with large datasets and cross-functional stakeholders
