Reporting Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Client Experience Team, the full-time salaried Reporting Analyst will provide analytical and administrative support, collaborate on client retention strategies, and prepare various performance reports in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to develop and implement innovative solutions for client retention
- Support ad hoc reporting requests and perform complex analyses to align with growth goals
- Prepare and distribute client/broker-facing reports, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate database management
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a related field preferred
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience required
- Working knowledge of health benefit plans and Salesforce preferred
- Intermediate level Excel skills
