Reporting Analyst (ServiceNow)

Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making, the part-time Reporting Analyst (ServiceNow) will develop, maintain, and optimize reporting solutions while working in a hybrid environment in Chicago, IL.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and scorecards within ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting modules
• Analyze data trends, KPIs, and operational metrics to provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders
• Partner with ITSM and business operations teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable solutions

Required qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including reporting and performance analytics
• Strong proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
• Solid understanding of ITSM processes and their translation into reporting metrics
• Experience with SQL or data querying techniques is a plus
