Reporting Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reporting Analytics Manager to oversee reporting needs and analytics projects across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create accurate and actionable reports, dashboards, and analyses for various end users
• Meet with end users to gather data analysis requirements and deliver accurate results
• Provide leadership and guidance to the Analytics team while ensuring data accuracy and transparency

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of PBM experience or 4 years in Analytics or Business Intelligence
• Strong data science skills using SQL, R, Python, or SAS
• Advanced analytical skills with experience in a variety of analytical methods
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
