Reporting and Analytics Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reporting and Analytics Senior Analyst to engage in applied health services and population health research.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or assist in the development and coding of quality measures and provide technical assistance
• Analyze Electronic Health Record (EHR) data and develop quantitative reports and visualizations
• Compose technical reports and presentations, and present results to non-technical audiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or 2 years with an advanced degree
• Experience with R, SAS, or Stata for data analysis is preferred
• Experience in quality improvement initiatives or population health research is desired
• Training in quality improvement science is preferred
