Reporting and Analytics Consultant
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time UKG Reporting & Analytics Consultant will design, develop, test, and deploy reports and dashboards while providing hands-on support for UKG Pro HCM or Pro WFM solutions during cloud implementations and upgrades.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to deliver reporting and analytics solutions, including hands-on design and application build support
- Assist in the development and updating of internal methodologies and best practices while mentoring fellow consultants
- Provide subject matter expertise during marketing initiatives and the sales process, contributing to project scope and approach
Required qualifications
- Experience in reporting and analytics with hands-on design, development, testing, and deployment in enterprise applications
- Proficient in developing reports using BIRT, Business Objects, Cognos, or similar reporting/BI tools
- Strong development experience with SQL and relational database concepts
- Knowledge of reporting and analytics best practices, including report design standards and documentation
- Experience with UKG Pro HCM or Pro WFM solutions, including building custom data views and calculated fields
