Reporting and Analytics Consultant
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time UKG Reporting & Analytics Consultant will design, develop, test, and deploy reporting and analytics solutions using UKG Pro HCM or Pro WFM, while providing hands-on support during cloud implementations and upgrades.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions for clients, ensuring effective deployment and go-live support
- Assist in the development and updating of internal methodologies, best practices, and provide mentoring to fellow consultants
- Translate business requirements into functional report and dashboard specifications, ensuring adherence to reporting and analytics best practices
Required qualifications
- Hands-on reporting and analytics experience in enterprise applications, including design, development, testing, and deployment
- Proficiency in developing reports using BIRT, Business Objects, Cognos, or similar reporting/BI tools
- Development experience with SQL and relational database concepts
- Familiarity with UKG Pro HCM or Pro WFM solutions, including report and dashboard development
- Strong attention to detail in documenting report logic, data sources, and configurations
