Reporting and Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Reporting & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the reporting and analytics team, overseeing the development of high-quality analytic reports
• Establish and manage production data and analytics processes, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery of reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop KPIs, dashboards, and tools for measuring and improving HealthPlan performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Informatics, or a related field required; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in reporting analytics, visualization, and/or data analysis, preferably in a healthcare environment
• 3-4 years of operational and/or clinical data experience required
• One year of relevant education may substitute for one year of required work experience
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Access, SQL, and Tableau are necessary
