Reporting and Evaluation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reporting, Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Specialist - Philanthropic Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure effective monitoring and performance tracking of philanthropic partnerships
• Develop and maintain systems and tools for monitoring partnerships, ensuring alignment with corporate results frameworks
• Coordinate the preparation of high-quality narrative and results-based reports for philanthropic partners

Required Qualifications

• Advanced university degree (Master's) in International Development, Public Administration, Economics, Political Science, or related field, or a Bachelor's degree with additional qualifying experience
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in monitoring, evaluation, and reporting, preferably in an international development or philanthropic context
• Proven experience with donor reporting, data analysis, and results-based management frameworks
• Familiarity with CRM and grants management systems, and data reporting dashboards
• Demonstrated experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder reporting processes
