Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reporting & Workforce Analytics Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards for performance metrics
  • Analyze historical ticket trends to support staffing forecasts and workload planning
  • Perform trend analysis to identify recurring issues impacting service desk performance
Required Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Power BI
  • Ability to work with large datasets and transform them into meaningful insights
  • Exposure to IT Service Desk operations and understanding of service metrics
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics or Information Systems
  • Experience with service management or workforce analytics reporting preferred
