Job Summary
A company is looking for a Reporting & Workforce Analytics Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards for performance metrics
- Analyze historical ticket trends to support staffing forecasts and workload planning
- Perform trend analysis to identify recurring issues impacting service desk performance
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Power BI
- Ability to work with large datasets and transform them into meaningful insights
- Exposure to IT Service Desk operations and understanding of service metrics
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics or Information Systems
- Experience with service management or workforce analytics reporting preferred
