Reporting Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reporting/Compliance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement compliance and establish comprehensive procurement metrics, reporting, and compliance tracking programs
• Analyze large datasets and build executive-level dashboards to provide visibility into procurement compliance status and spend analytics
• Oversee supplier performance data collection and develop supplier performance scorecards to ensure compliance with organizational policies

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement compliance, or spend analytics
• Strong understanding of procurement compliance requirements and contract management
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and large dataset management
• Experience using Smartsheet for building and administering tracking tools and dashboards
• Proven ability to analyze data from multiple systems and sources
